It’s Official! Marietta Square Market Open Thursday, March 28

MARIETTA, GA, March 2019 – Marietta Square Market, the highly anticipated new food hall destination, is poised for its grand opening this Thursday, March 28th with doors opening at 7:00 am. The project’s development team and merchants were joined by a number of Marietta and Cobb dignitaries as Marietta City Councilman and Mayor Pro Tem Johnny Walker cut the ribbon to officially mark the long-awaited opening. Located at 68 North Marietta Parkway NW just one block from Glover Park in the Historic Marietta Square District, the new Marietta Square Market is an 18,500 square foot food hall designed to resemble a turn of the century train station and nestled in a completely revitalized warehouse space adjacent to the Square’s iconic railroad tracks and the parallel Mountain to River Trail.

Beginning on Thursday, the Market will be open to the public for its regular hours: 7 am to 10 pm Monday through Thursday, 7 am to 11 pm Friday and Saturday and 7 am to 9 pm on Sunday. Individual merchant hours within the Market may vary. Local food fans will enjoy the Market’s diverse selection of authentic eats, well-stocked central bar and indoor and outdoor seating options as well as pop-up style retail shopping spots. In total, Marietta Square Market will be home to twenty unique merchants. The majority of those merchants are slated to be serving on opening day.
